Group Equipment

Our most popular class is true Pilates, using all of our specialised equipment including the Studio Reformer, Trapeze Table, Wunda Chair and Spine Corrector.

The equipment provides resistance or weight as it assists you, along with your personalised program, to help you create tone and strengthen all muscles of the body, improve your flexibility and co-ordination, improve your posture, balance, and core stability. This class can be for all levels and any ability whether you’re new to Pilates, right through to the advanced, clinical rehabilitation or training for specific goals.

These 1 hour small group sessions are for a maximum of four people.

H.I.P. (High Intensity Pilates)

Feel the burn! High Intensity Pilates is all the exercises that you know and love at a faster pace. More repetitions, no breaks, no stopping, just power through and trust us, you will feel fantastic afterwards.

It’s important to build all muscles and the heart is the most important muscle of all, so let’s get it racing!

An equipment based class so a little Pilates knowledge is needed. If you are recovering from a major injury, we would suggest you have a chat to our instructors before trying this class.

Pilates Mat

A mat based class using small equipment such as chi balls, resistance bands and free weights to increase tone and strength throughout your whole body. Our mat classes can help you increase your overall flexibility, mobility, balance, and co-ordination. They are for all levels of ability from the beginner to the advanced, giving an overall balanced body workout.

Our mat classes are 45 mins in duration and have a maximum of 6 people.

Please note the following:

  • Our studio is a mixed studio so we ask that you dress appropriately. Please remember to bring socks and a large towel to your session.
  • Mobile phones are to be switched off during session times.
  • Bookings are essential for all sessions.
  • All bookings must be paid for in advance.
  • Full fee will be charged for less than 24 hours notice of cancellation.
  • Our instructors are qualified with the Australian Pilates Method Association and/or Polestar Pilates Method.
